Several slivers are mixed. Each slice will have slim and solid areas, and by pairing several slivers together a more common measurements can be arrived at. Since pairing several slivers makes a very solid string of natural cotton material, immediately after being mixed the slivers are divided into rovings. These rovings (or slubbings) are then what are used in the rotating procedure. Generally discussing, for device producing, a roving is about the measurements a pad.
Drawing frame: Attracts the string out
Slubbing Frame: contributes perspective, and years on to bobbins
Intermediate Frames: are used to recurring the slubbing procedure to generate a small string.
Roving frames: cuts down to a small place, gives more perspective, makes more common and even in measurements, and years on to a lesser pipe.
